Shipping Policy

Velaro offers free shipping on every order, with no minimum.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery time
United States: usually 7–14 business days after shipping.
International: usually 10–20 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can happen during peak seasons or bad weather.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders. For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Orders with several items
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your fixture arrives damaged, email us at shop.at.velaro@gmail.com with your order number (and photos of any damage) within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
