Warranty

Every Velaro fixture is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship that affect how the fixture works or looks when it arrives, including parts that fail under normal indoor use (or normal outdoor use for fixtures sold as outdoor lights).

What is not covered

Damage from incorrect installation or wiring, modification, misuse, impact, or cleaning with solvents. Normal wear is also not covered.

How to make a claim

Email shop.at.velaro@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We will confirm the next step within one business day, which may be a replacement part, a replacement fixture or a refund. Items can also be returned within 30 days of delivery under our return policy.
