Refund and Return Policy

30-day returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Conditions
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all parts included.

Free return shipping
Return shipping is free. Email shop.at.velaro@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or finish, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

30-day warranty
Every Velaro fixture is covered for 30 days from delivery against manufacturing defects (for example, a failed LED module, wiring fault or broken switch under normal use). We'll replace the item or refund it. The warranty doesn't cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear. To make a claim, email shop.at.velaro@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.
