Orders and shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 7–14 business days in the US. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Installation

Do I need an electrician?
Velaro fixtures are hardwired, meaning they connect to your home's electrical supply. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician, and many local codes require it. Always switch off power at the breaker first. Each fixture ships with its mounting hardware and wiring instructions.

Which lights can be used outdoors?
Fixtures listed in the Outdoor Lights collection are rated for exterior use. Indoor fixtures should stay in dry, covered spaces.

Are the lights dimmable?
Dimming depends on the bulb and switch you pair with the fixture. Check the product page, or email us before you order.

Returns and warranty

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging, and return shipping is free. See the return policy.

What warranty do you offer?
Every fixture is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. See the warranty page.
