FAQs

Everything you need to know before ordering.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 7–14 business days in the US, with tracking emailed as soon as your order ships.

Do I need an electrician?

Velaro fixtures are hardwired, meaning they connect to your home's electrical supply rather than plugging in. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician, and it is required by many local codes. Always switch off power at the breaker first. Each fixture ships with its mounting hardware and wiring instructions.

Not sure about your wiring or mounting surface? Email us before you order and we will help.

Which lights can be used outdoors?

Fixtures listed in the Outdoor Lights collection are rated for exterior use. Indoor fixtures should stay in dry, covered spaces.

What warranty do you offer?

Every Velaro fixture is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging, and return shipping is free. Email shop.at.velaro@gmail.com with your order number to start.
