What are Velaro fixtures made from?
Real materials, not plastic dressed up to look expensive. Depending on the piece, that means natural stone, solid wood, brushed brass or other plated metal, and glass. Each product page lists the exact materials and finish.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free, with no minimum. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to change your mind. If a fixture isn't right for your space, send it back for a refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Do your lights come with a warranty?
Every fixture is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
How is installation handled?
Most Velaro fixtures are hardwired. Installation instructions are included, but because these are hardwired electrical fixtures, we recommend having them installed by a licensed electrician, especially for wall sconces and ceiling fixtures.
